Rapyd operates as a group of regulated entities providing payment services (“Services”). Depending on the type of service required and the jurisdiction of your operation, different Rapyd entities may be involved in providing these Services.

Before you can begin using our Services, it’s necessary to identify which Rapyd entity is best suited to provide the Services. During the onboarding process, we will request specific information about your company so we can make this decision.

For instance, if your business is located in Germany, we will onboard you to our European entity. Once the appropriate Rapyd entity is identified, the jurisdiction-specific terms and conditions governing our relationship will apply.

Please note that if you have already signed a partner agreement with Rapyd, the jurisdiction-specific terms and conditions may not apply.
