About the Study

In May of 2023, Rapyd conducted a research study to understand the attitudes, preferences, and concerns of consumers regarding SuperApps in the U.S. and U.K. In the digital age, SuperApps bundle multiple functions into one user experience and create an online ecosystem that includes a range of daily services, with payments at the core. This report surveyed 900 consumers in the U.S. and U.K. ages 16 to 54 and sheds light on the factors that motivate individuals to consider using a Superapp, the ideal services they would like to see incorporated, and the companies they trust most to offer a SuperApp.
