As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and timely preparation of payments to merchants at Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country. Ensure bank reconciliation against transfers requested by Merchants.  

Responsibilities 

• Ensure correct and timely preparation of payments to merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.
• Support for local and international payment processes to merchants. 
• Develop management indicators. 
• Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customers. 
• Perform bank reconciliation and classification of accounts that are used for payments to merchants.

• At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), Treasury, or customer service roles.
• Strong experience in bank reconciliation and financial transaction classification.
• Familiarity with electronic payment platforms, fintech solutions, and online banking systems.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing systems, including TXT files and Host-to-Host integrations.
• Proficient in using banking portals and managing online transaction platforms.
• Performs accurate currency conversions across multiple exchange rates
• Knowledge of international payment platforms and cross-border transaction processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
