We are looking for a Help Desk Student to join our IT Support team. The role involves providing first-line technical support to employees worldwide, covering our global operations .

 Responsibilities: 

• Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
• Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products.
• Mastering, deploying, and supporting the latest technologies.
• Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Managing computers and peripheral equipment.
• Administering and maintaining business applications and systems.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience/certifications.
• Availability to work in shifts (Morning/ Evening), including Fridays Min 3 shifts a week
• Good basic understanding of information systems and a desire to learn more.
• Good basic understanding of computer systems and willingness to learn about installing and maintaining peripheral equipment.
• Service oriented, patient, and independent.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Apple device MDM systems such as Jamf, Intune – advantage.
• Familiarity with G Suite – advantage.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products – advantage.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) – advantage.
• Fluent English.
