As a Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing refund requests from our merchants across seven LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with each country’s established protocols

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely payments to businesses at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.
• Support and accompaniment in projects and initiatives of the payment team.
• Monitor management indicators.
• Manage tickets requested by our businesses and internal customers.
• Perform bank reconciliation (Bank vs Admin)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), in Treasury, or customer service areas.
• Preferred experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech.
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
