We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Tel Aviv team for a 6–8 month period.

This isn’t just about processes; it’s about people. You will be the heartbeat of our Go-To-Market teams, driving engagement, spark, and alignment. Your mission is to build a thriving internal community, organize high-impact events, and ensure our teams have the tools and info they need to win.

New to Enablement? This is a golden opportunity for a junior profile or someone from a “people-first” background (HR, Community, or Sales) to dive into the fast-paced world of Fintech and Payments. If you’re proactive and ready to learn, we’ll give you the platform to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Community Catalyst: Drive engagement across Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships. You’ll own the “vibe” on Slack and internal hubs, ensuring everyone is connected and informed.
  • Lead Event Magic: From small workshops to supporting large-scale initiatives like our Sales Kick-Off (SKO), you’ll own the planning and execution. You make sure the logistics are seamless and the energy is high.
  • Empower the Team: Support onboarding sessions and ongoing training. You’ll help new hires feel at home and keep the veterans sharp with regular updates.
  • Creative Content & AI: Use AI tools (like Claude) to draft punchy communications, summarize meetings, and keep our internal knowledge base fresh and organized.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Advantage: experience in Enablement, Ops, HR, Admin, Internal Community Management, or a GTM role (Sales/CS). If you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk.
  • Natural Communicator: You’re a “people person” who knows how to craft a message that sticks.
  • Organizational Ninja: You can juggle event logistics, content deadlines, and stakeholder requests without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with (or curious about) using AI tools to work smarter, not harder.
  • Immediate Impact: You’re a proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running from Day 1.
