As a SENA Apprentice in the Reconciliations area, you will be responsible for supporting processes such as reconciliations, audits, and reporting, among others. You will also handle tickets across Latin America, provide support with bank statements, and assist with other tasks within the area.

• Handling tickets related to discrepancies in transactions processed through the company’s platform for payers.
• Downloading daily reconciliation reports from the reconciliation tool (Simetrik).
• Uploading and downloading information, including invoices, reports, and settlement files.
• Downloading daily KPIs from Tableau and Looker.
• Generating alerts for discrepancies identified in daily bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Organizing daily settlement files.

• Be available to start the productive stage.
• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
• Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.
