You will bring a strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach — balancing big-picture thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute efficiently. This role requires fluency in English, as you will work closely with senior leaders across multiple geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Lead performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, and workforce planning, including recruitment planning.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion, working closely with senior managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Project Execution: Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects and act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and your supported business units.

Requirements

  • Experienced: At least 4 years of experience as an HRBP supporting senior leaders in a global tech company.
  • Global Operator: Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple geographies and time zones, with a proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Lifecycle Expert: Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, change management, and culture programs.
  • Dynamic & Independent: A proactive, independent operator who can multitask, prioritize in a fast-moving environment, and thrive through ambiguity in a high-growth company.
  • Communicator: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for working with US and international stakeholders, paired with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.

Nice to Have

  • Prior HR experience supporting cross-border teams specifically spanning both North America and Latin American fintech or payment markets.
