Rapyd is looking for a POS Terminal representative for it‘s Collect Card Acquiring Division (CCAD).

Collect Card Acquiring Division handles operations, support, maintenance and technical implementations of Rapyd‘s core Card Acquiring Processing systems, including high-availability APIs that power the company‘s efforts to provide seamless acquiring services to merchants and partners throughout Europe.

Rapyd Collect Card Acquiring consists of agile development teams and an Operations team located in Rapyd‘s Icelandic office.

Main projects and responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance service of POS Terminals
• Service to merchants
• Part of the job are on-call shifts outside opening hours

• Experience and keen interest in technical matters
• Vocational training or a degree in electrical or technical subjects is a great advantage
• The person must have basic knowledge of networks
• Experience in the installation of shopping systems is an advantage
• Cooperation and adaptability, positivity and customer service are essential
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift work
• Good Icelandic and English skills
