Rapyd is looking for an Acquiring Specialist for its Collect Card Acquiring Division (CCAD).
Collect Card Acquiring Division handles operations, support, maintenance and technical implementations of Rapyd‘s core Card Acquiring Processing systems, including high-availability APIs that power the company‘s efforts to provide seamless acquiring services to merchants and partners throughout Europe.
Rapyd Collect Card Acquiring consists of agile development teams and an Operations team located in Rapyd‘s Icelandic office.
Main projects and responsibilities:
- Fixing production issues
- Support improvements in the operational environment
- Assisting and supporting DevOps
- Oversees the system operations queue and assigns tickets
- Handles change management execution
- Steps in if system are not operating for problem solving
- Is the go to person for internal and users
Requirements
- University degree, Computer science, Engineering or related subjects
- Proficient in SQL ( Design, create, and manipulate data using SQL)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement the best solutions
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Loves a new challenge
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative and team oriented
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written.
This role is critical a part of an experienced team responsible for operational excellence of Rapyd‘s Collect Card Acquiring systems.
We work in a highly collaborative environment, engaging with product owners, development teams and cross functional teams and co workers.
