Xero offers a range of business finance functions like accounts payable and accounts receivable. It has its own mobile app (Xero Touch) and uses real-time data to allow for up-to-date accounts management.

Xero’s accounting features include cash flow management, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, processing payments and payroll.

There are 3 different pricing tiers, and depending on the user’s requirements they can choose from the following:

  • The Early plan – allows a limited number of invoices, bills, and bank transactions to be processed each month
  • The Growing plan – allows unlimited invoices, bills, and bank transactions
  • The Established plan – allows unlimited transactions as per the Growing plan, and is the only option for multiple currencies and expenses
