The Role of the Portals in Rapyd’s Product Ecosystem
Rapyd’s portals are designed to give any business that opts for a UI rather than API integration the right tools to operate efficiently. All share the same UI foundation, real-time data, and direct integration with Rapyd’s payment infrastructure.
Client Portal: The Merchant’s Command Center
The Client Portal is the central hub where merchants interact with their payments, cashflow, and reporting. Every feature is built to simplify operations by enabling no-code solutions for money movement.
The Client Portal enables the following:
- End-to-end visibility into all transactions – payments, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
- Creation and automation of transactions
- Financial insights via comprehensive reporting and analytics.
- Risk and compliance support with clear status indicators for verification and onboarding requirements.
- Seamless configuration via no-code settings.
Partner Portal for ISOs & Payfacs: Portfolio-Level Control
ISO and Payfac partners need more than transaction data. They need oversight. Rapyd’s Partner Portal centralizes merchant onboarding, offer structuring, and performance reporting into a single interface. The Partner Portal enables the following for ISOs and Payfacs:
- Lead management to track status of prospective merchants and follow up as needed.
- Seamless onboarding via signup links, automated communications, and streamlined KYC/KYB workflows.
- Pricing modeling via offering modules that enable partners to set pricing structures.
- Portfolio insights via comprehensive reporting and analytics.
- Proxy client access that allows partners to access merchant data and perform actions in their portal as needed.
-
Partner Portal for Referral Partners: Simplified Referral Submission and Tracking
Referral partners don’t need operational controls. Rather, they need visibility into referral status. The Referral Partner Portal enables this visibility through a dedicated UI environment that tracks leads, referral performance, and commissions.
The Partner Portal enables the following for referral partners:
- A workflow for submitting and managing merchant referrals
- A live pipeline view detailing referral onboarding and KYB status
- Performance insights via data on onboarded merchants processing volume
Dashboard App: Business Insights On-The-Go
The Dashboard App gives merchants the ability to stay plugged into their payment activity and financial performance on-the-go. It is not meant to replace the Client Portal, but rather, to complement it with mobile-first visibility.
The Dashboard App enables the following for merchants:
- Quick visibility into settlements and balances
- Device pairing to connect a payment terminal with a Rapyd Wallet.
How the Portals Work Together
The portals work in harmony despite targeting different audience types. Behind the scenes, all pull from the same Rapyd APIs, infrastructure, and data.
Partners onboard merchants using the same verification infrastructure used by Rapyd to onboard its direct merchants, and can manage their portfolio by gaining visibility into their merchants’ Client Portal view. Referral partners drive new opportunities and track referral performance by tapping into Rapyd’s proprietary performance data. The Dashboard App pulls the same performance data as that of the Client Portal.
Together, the portals deliver Rapyd’s powerful payments capabilities through intuitive, role-specific tools designed to meet each audience’s unique business needs.
