Responsibilities:

• Define models, KPIs, processes, and tools to streamline planning and communications within the product organization.
• Develop business processes to streamline product development.
• Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization.
• Define release scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage the many tools (for road mapping, prototyping, etc.) the product team uses.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data enables the entire organization to make the most of its insights. 
• Responsible for the internal communication of the product team and internal company 



• BSc computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (advantage)
• 3 years of direct (recent) experience in a similar or project management/business analyst role in a product-oriented companies
• Strong data, analytical skills, and experience using data to tell a story and influence the product strategy
• Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• A can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously 
• Have an understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, and the ability to establish credibility with product and engineering leaders
• Experience in implementation and support of complex enterprise software systems (advantage)
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and BI tools is a big advantage
