Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day office tasks to keep us working efficiently
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office General and Administrative (G&A) budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services, to maintain a delightful working environment
  • Organizing company events or conferences
  • Partner with HR to plan team building activities and improve employee engagement
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Work with other Rapyd offices to get things done
  • Provide general support to visitors

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Office Manager
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Experience with scheduling and budgeting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks by impact
  • Excellent English and work-experience in an English environment
  • Passion to provide a better working environment for all Rapyders
  • Local citizenship or permanent residency preferred
