In this role, you’d be going through a 3-6 months of training in the financial operations group, Afterwards you will be grown into the Data group as a Data Analyst that is focused mainly on financial operations data. You will eventually become the FinOps Data focal point.

Responsibilities as a FinOps Analyst in the first 3-6 months:

• Working in a team of global payment professionals to ensure goals and tasks are achieved and completed
• Act as a point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations/ financial data
• Perform data entry and configurations in Rapyd’s Back Office System 
• Perform detailed daily reconciliations on the transactional level
• Review and resolve daily alerts
• Review and respond to client issues in Salesforce ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner 

Responsibilities as a BI Analyst thereafter:

• Design, develop and support dashboards, information systems databases, and reporting tools for operational needs
• Design and enforce access control for all data across the financial systems
• Proactively provide insights that will drive business growth
• Design, develop and manage business intelligence, statistical, and other advanced analyses projects end to end
• Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis while using new approaches of data analytics
• Review and analyze existing functionality for areas of improvement

• 2+ years in a financial operations or similar capacity
• Strong SQL experience – at least 2 years querying large and complex datasets (MUST)
• Good experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker (big advantage)
• Extensive analytical experience – turning raw level data into actionable insights.
• Python experience – big advantage 
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and able to make sound decisions under pressure
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service
• English at a very high level (all communication is done in English, verbal and written) – additional languages a plus
• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Operations
