• Be the first escalation process for any technical issues our customers might have
• Work closely with our clients and internal partners to ensure system stability
• Work closely with R&D, DevOps and PS teams on problem-solving and escalations
- Knowledge in API, bug reporting tools is necessary.
- Experience in technical support
- Great technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong debuggability skills with multiple tools.
- Experience in a payment industry – Preferred.
- Knowledge in the following tools – Some or all of the following is a big advantage:
- AWS dashboards
- Experience of working in a fast-growing organization is a plus.
- Good verbal and writing skills in both Icelandic and English.
