- Resolve issues that our customers experience in a swift and professional manner
- Identify our customers needs and actively assisting them in using our products
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in the payment industry – Preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills – Icelandic and English
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience and resilience when handling tough cases
