In this role, you will be part of the global compensation and benefits team at Rapyd. You will take part in developing and implementing our global compensation philosophy and strategy to assure Rapyd as a leader with a clear and attractive approach.


  • Be a part of the team which develops the Comp & Ben philosophy, projects, and strategy
  • Handle day-to-day C&B initiatives, projects, and processes
  • Global surveys analysis, salary tables, policies, and procedures update 
  • Implement Comp&Ben market best practices
  • Analyze compensation and benefits programs – health insurance, pension plans, vacation policy, health tests
  • Budget management
  • M&A & C&B related topics


  • 2-4 years of handling Comp&Ben experience in tech companies (Global Experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels in global companies
  • Strong data and analytical skillsets
  • Must have solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to details
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
  • Able to work independently, out of the box problem-solver, prioritize tasks with a pro-employee approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • High-level English – must
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advantage)
